**Attachment / Traineeship Description**

**Specific Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:
1. Assess both the outcome of the decision and the process by which the decision was reached.
2. Ability to manage relationships to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
3. Plan and schedule our vans for deployment
4. Get work done accurately avoiding costly mistakes.

5. Learn new business account acquisition for our company via cold calls and physical visits to corporates entities to promote our delivery and installation services. 6. Learn and train colleagues on the latest home electronics products/furniture installations.

**Technical Skills and Competencies**

1. Process of making choices by identifying a decision, gathering information, and assessing alternative resolutions.

2. People Management skill.

3. Managing daily operation of the delivery/installation fleet

4. Planning and Organizing, preparation and design of procedures to meet specific objectives.

5. B2C logistics sales

6. New/current product knowledge & training on installation and functions.

Duration of attachment Offered : 6 months (No CPF)
