Logistics Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Support daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and providing timely replenishment plans.
- Coordinate daily operational activities between warehouse, factory, logistics providers, and internal departments.
- Arrange supply and delivery schedules, including but not limited to road tankers, trucks, and barges.
- Liaise closely with warehouse, factory, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations, expedite urgent shipments, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Plan and manage delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Provide timely updates to internal teams and customers regarding order and delivery statuses.
- Ensure all order are fulfilled and delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Prepare inbound and outbound documentation, and follow up on the timely collection and return of documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, and customer service processes.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and control transport costs.
- Capable of optimizing transport routes and selecting the best modes of delivery to minimize lead times.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
