Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (home improvement experience highly preferred).
- Must own a vehicle or possess a valid driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client trust and rapport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth client journey.
- Conduct site visits to perform accurate measurements and assess project requirements.
- Provide in-depth product and service knowledge to offer expert advice to clients.
- Follow up on client leads to ensure timely communication and service.
- Coordinate with suppliers to meet client requirements, such as collecting samples and verifying color or item details.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations tailored to clients’ needs.
- Plan project timelines, manage manpower allocation, and oversee on-site activities.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales care to ensure client satisfaction and build loyalty.

Working hours:

- Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM.
