**Responsibilities**:

- Engage prospects through multiple channels to generate new sales leads.
- Understand and identify clients' financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop new financial advisors, helping them succeed in their roles.
- Conduct training sessions and share best practices to enhance the performance of junior advisors.
- Collaborate with management to drive sales growth and business expansion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Local Diploma and/or GCE “A” Level Certificate Holder
- Experience in Financial Services/Advisory is preferred

**Skills that We Are Looking In You**:

- Strong management and communication skills
- Keen to learn and highly motivated
- No experience required as training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
