Immediate Supervisor: Office Administrator
1. Answering customer calls and inquiries, tracking the delivery to ensure the product is delivered on time, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and client
2. Act as the inside Sales-Coordinator “bridge” between our factories (China and Germany) and our global customers.
3 Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
4 Support company’s digital marketing endeavour.
5 Assist in generating sales quotation and other necessary sales documentation.
**Requirements**:
1. Diploma / Degree in business studies
2. Computer literacy skills in basic office software
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with colleagues in China).
4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
5 Friendly, patience and a ‘people-first’ attitude with good business acumen
6. Passionate strong team player, highly self-motivated, systematic problem-solving abilities
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: $800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
