The Diocese of Singapore (DOS) has under her umbrella, 27 churches, community services, schools and chaplaincies. The Diocesan Central Administration (DCA) is the corporate headquarter for DOS.
**Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Compensation and Benefits
- HR Policies and Compliance
- Performance Management
- Any other duties assigned by the Head of HR
**Requirements**:
- Diploma holder in Administration or related discipline
- 2 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Able to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality of information
- Responsible, meticulous and takes initiative
- Good interpersonal skills
- Working rights required for this role
Salary will commensurate with qualifications and work experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,400.00 per month
**Benefits**:
