**Human Resource scope**:
- Payroll related matters
- Manage and handle employee’s records
- Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrollment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Knowledge of Infotech HRMS is preferred.
- Handle Company’s WICA insurances and cases
**Office Administration scope**:
- Order and top up of office stationery or pantry necessary needed.
- Assist Director/Manager in general office management including ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the office, i.e office administration
- Assist with basic IT tasks and support
- Organiser for internal Company events (i.e CNY, Company trip, Prayer, celebrations, etc)
- Review on all HR procedures/Company policies
- OSHAS matters
**Job Requirements**:
- At least Diploma and above
- Min 3 years working experience in related field
- Handle full spectrum of HR function
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation to get tasks done independently
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
