Job responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager with full spectrum of HR operations across the group of companies, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc.
- Develop, implement and maintain a robust and effective human resources management system that is in line with the statutory requirements.
- Managing and maintaining HR software system - JustLogin
- Conduct employee counselling, handling employee grievances/ conflicts and disciplinary issues
- Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences.
- Review, develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment process to recruit the people with right fit.
- Handling recruitment processes (filtering, arranging interviews, hiring preparation) and liaise with recruitment agencies for effective recruitment
- Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
- Administer interns onboarding and offboarding, including submission and tracking of grant application
- Accurate and timely payroll processing
- Timely submissions to statutory boards e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.
- Manage employees' training and development journey in the company.
- Liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties for training needs
- Review company benefits package
- Review, develop and implement a new Performance Management System
- Administration: manage employee data storage, archive and audit to ensure data integrity and compliance for local legislation needs.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Human Resource
- Min. 3 years of HR working experience.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines.
- Ability to drive change
- Good people skills, motivated self-starter and Team Player
- Must possess strong working knowledge of local employment legislation
