HR Executive

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Full spectrum of HR, handle day-to-day General HR & administration duties
2. HR duties such as recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, HRMS administration, off-boarding, Performance Appraisal, Learning Needs Analysis, etc.
3. Organize, deliver, and support the training needs and activities of the business and training centre
4. Work with L&D & liaise with external consultant to bring current Certified OJT Centre to Approved Training Centre status.
5. Create training and learning materials through working with L&D & consultant
6. Maintenance and analysis of training records
7. Arranging external or internal courses
8. Support the day-to-day training schedules and operations of training classes and preparation for various training activities.
9. Attend to all training/course enquiries
11. Provide admin support in company events and coordinate staff training
12. Assist with Training Room Enquiries and Arrangement
13. Attend to and assist Director/HR/L&D with Any Ad Hoc Assignment Request
14. Any other ad-hoc duties
**Requirements**:
- Min. Diploma in HR/Business equivalent
- Min. 2 years’ experience in full spectrum of HR, well verse in Singapore employment regulations
- Positive working attitude, team player, ability to work independently
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Word, experience in info-tech HRMS will have an advantage
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources generalist: 2 years (required)
