HR & Admin Manager

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll processing and administration
- Provide consultative advice, support, engage and handle staff grievances and conduct management
- Provide assistance on resolving conflicts and improve staff engagement
- Handle recruitment process including on-boarding and off-boarding
- Review policies and HR practices for relevance and compliance
- Manage annual performance and salary review process
- Preparation of Letter of Offer, correspondence, memos and etcs
- Handle insurance matters including liaising with insurance companies
- Assist in HR policy review and implementation including updating of Employee Handbook and document all HR policies and changes
- Ensure compliance to Employment Act legislation changes and keep abreast on HR trends to stay relevant
- Liaise with external vendors on office supplies, maintenance, repairs, etc
- Organize company’s event and support staff welfare initiatives
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned and given by superior
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative/ HR capacity
- Ability to adhere to and meet due dates and objectives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
