Singapore BRAINLABS APAC PTE. LTD. Full time

**Purpose**

The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for APAC and HQ financials, provide support to the SVP, APAC and the Group Financial Controller respectively, and be a direct contributor to global financing projects to support the delivery of operational objectives of the business.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience and progress in a high growth PE backed business. This role reports into the Group Financial Controller who will provide support in developing practical skills as well as advancing Brainlabs values. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a controllership role with room for growth and expansion.

**Key responsibilities**
- Financial reporting - APAC
- Preparation of APAC management accounts, including production of the Trial Balance, overseeing postings, producing variance analysis and upward reporting to the SVP, APAC
- Overseeing monthly payroll as well as producing monthly staff cost per head reports, reconciling to TBs
- Prepare weekly cash flow data and the 18 week cash flow forecast
- Prepare monthly APAC forecasting for Revenue, Opex, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Support annual budget process for APAC
- Delivery of the audit process through timely delivery of information for APAC items
- Implement process improvements for APAC reporting and stakeholder management
- Business partnering with the SVP, APAC including any ad-hoc analysis and support
- Finance operations - HQ
- Responsible for the production of Trial Balances for HQ entities: posting transactions and manual entries relating to debt, equity and intercompany
- Preparation of HQ management accounts including variance analysis and upward reporting.
- Produce monthly staff cost per head reports, reconciling to TBs
- Prepare weekly cash flow data and the 18 week cash flow forecast.
- Ad-hoc analysis and support.
- Financial operations - Group
- Maintain reporting for external financing costs, including but not limited to: interest payment modelling, utilisation requests and managing stakeholder communications
- Maintain M&A records, including reporting deal fees by acquisition, tracking contingent consideration and supporting on acquisition accounting
- Manage monthly recharges per the group transfer pricing guidelines in place and reconcile the group intercompany matrix as well as interest and FX revaluations
- Assisting the Financial Director, working with our Company Secretarial providers, to ensure statutory information is maintained for share and debt registers
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and support to the Financial Controller, Financial Director and CFO

**Experience and personality**
- 2/3+ Post qualified experience
- Qualified through a UK recognised accounting body (ACCA / ACA)
- Familiar with UK GAAP
- Strong attention to detail, and data quality
- Multiple entity & multiple country experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills - building relationships will be key & ensuring stakeholders are held accountable
- Business partnering experience, C-suite preferred
- Not essential, but industry experience will be a plus particularly in people businesses
