Job Title: Business Loan Relationship Manager

Location: Chinatown Point

Company Overview: We are a privately owned company that has been providing legal financing to individuals and corporates since 2016.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business loan clients, ensuring that all their financial needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Manage the loan portfolio, including loan origination, underwriting, and approval processes
- Conduct credit analysis, risk assessments, and due diligence, ensuring that all loans are made in accordance with internal policies and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and compliance, to ensure that all lending activities are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Develop and implement loan products and services that meet the needs of the business community and drive loan growth
- Stay current on economic and industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes, and provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Provide training and support to junior loan officers and support staff, ensuring that all employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business lending, with a focus on loan origination, underwriting, and approval processes
- Strong understanding of business loan products, services, and regulations, with the ability to analyze and assess risk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and information
- Proven track record of driving loan growth, while managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Diploma in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
