
HR Assistant

Responsible for managing and verifying staff attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Apply, issue, renewal and cancellation for all the work passes (work permit, S pass and E pass).
- Submit monthly CPF and form IR21
- Manage employee attendance and payroll.
- Full payroll processing for foreign workers.
- Handling recruitment.
- Issuing invoice, delivery order, purchase order and payment voucher.
- Handle any other ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Min/preferred years of relevant working experience: 2 years
- Independent and able to multi-task
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
