As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be expected to handle the training and professional development of the company employees, along with making the most out of their talents and helping them develop to their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement and review L&D policies and frameworks.
- Develop professional and leadership competencies for the next-generation workforce.
- Manage the full cycle of L&D programmes (including e-learning) from needs analysis, design and development, delivery and evaluation.
- Select, engage and manage internal and external resources to develop and deliver effective L&D solutions.
- Use feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of the various L&D programmes to continually improve on achieving learning outcomes.
- Design, implement and review L&D programme evaluation mechanisms to track and demonstrate learning gains at individual and organisational levels.
- Work with various stakeholders to design, develop and deploy a Learning Organisation dashboard that facilitates executive decision-making.
- Conduct professional and leadership courses or modules for specific L&D programmes when required.
- Design and develop training content for L&D programmes.
- Oversee instructional standards of SLEC instructors.
- Select and implement educational technology to facilitate learning.
- Establish linkages with Learning Institutions for academic collaboration, staff course enrolment as well as student job placements.
- Drive market research, benchmarking and keep up to date with best practices of learning interventions.

**Job Requirements**:

- A recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field. Postgraduate certification will be advantageous.
- Proven experience as an L&D or Training Manager.
- Understand learning design and have experience in course design, implementation, and evaluation of professional and leadership development programmes.
- Familiarity with learning platforms and practices.
- Team leader with strong communications, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Capable of working independently and under time constraints.
