General Manager Lab Studios
- Propose, develop, implement and evaluate business plans
- Develop and maintain business continuity strategies, policies, and guidelines to maintain and grow the Lab Studios brand
- Develop and maintain collaboration and partnership with other Brand’s who are in-line with the Lab Studio’s vision and philosophy
- Develop managers and high potential employees through organizational talent capability review
- Identify potential risk and develop management framework, policy, and process
- Facilitate innovation process within the organization
- Strategize service operations to constantly uphold service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer loyalty for service excellence
- Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationships
- Develop organizational and governance strategies
- Regularly review product and service quality
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and measures to control cost and wastage.
- Oversee and manage the outlets’ Profit and Loss by meeting monthly sales target
- Organize and supervise cleaner /front desk shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of manpower allocation and costings
- Provide leadership during crisis situations
- Manage annual goal setting process across all Studios with a focus on translating strategic goals into tactical and operational objectives across the organisation to individual teams and employees
- Customer liaison on service level and performance standards (eg, class quality, studio cleanliness, customer services)All

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
