Roles and Responsibilities

Studio Operations:

- Manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure the studio delivers operating excellence.
- To upkeep the team with clients’ feedback on programs and services.
- Deliver quality responses to customer enquiries via all channels.
- Serve as the day-to-day leader by example and alignment with studio mission, vision, and values.

Member Experience:

- Implements programs and initiatives to engage current and new members and continuously improve their member experience.
- Solicits member feedback and identifies improvement goals to meet members' needs.

Sales:

- Assist on new sales processes and client retention.
- Provide recommendations and explain pricing and packages.
- Processing of new registrations for new clients.
- Responsible for on-going client retention.
- Keep a watchful eye on incoming sales leads from various sources (website, social media, referrals and more) and respond accordingly.
- Drafting and managing corporate contracts for classes for companies.

Administrative:

- Handling of daily operations such as coordinating classes, bookings and events ensuring smooth operations.
- Liaising with students/parents on their account, classes, and payment.
- Tracking financial information, such as payment details and expenses.
- Preparing monthly invoices and ensuring invoices are paid timely.
- Upkeeping the studio on cleanliness and ensuring maintenance and effectiveness of all equipment.
- Manage and coordinate vendor relationships including sourcing and shortlisting vendors.
- Ensure class booking apps are updated with class timing and mark students’ attendance.
- Vetting and drafting vendors’ and sales’ contracts and terms and conditions.
- Update studio’s, but not limited to, promotion, marketing, service offerings collaterals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer first mindset.
- Proficient in Mandarin, Chinese and English is essential
- An outgoing personality, enjoys interacting and connecting with people.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Enjoys interacting with children.
- Team player.
