We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer to join our Finance team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Assistant Manager, the incumbent will assist with statutory reporting, ensuring effective and efficient finance operations and accurate and timely accounting and reporting.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in AR or POS, we want to talk to you.

**What You'll Do**
- You will handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions
- You will maintain accurate and timely recording of AR invoices.
- You will send out E-invoices and statement of accounts (with supporting documents) to all customers
- You will liaise with customer for payment on outstanding and overdue invoices.
- You will record and reconcile receipts in a timely manner.
- You will review and ensure figures posted into SAP accounting system matches to system reports, perform reconciliation and investigate on any discrepancy on a timely basis.
- You will need to do up the relevant audit schedules after month end closing.

**Who You Are**
- You will need a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- You will need at least 3 years working experience in relevant areas.
- You should have strong working knowledge of SAP accounting system.
- You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and be comfortable in working with multiple business systems.
- You should have good analytical ability, a positive attitude and is a strong team player.
- You will need strong interpersonal skills to maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders.
