The Schranner Negotiation Institute, a global leader in supporting difficult negotiations, is looking for a Sales Program Manager for our office in Singapore. The Schranner Negotiation Institute has become the global leader in negotiation advisory, education and management.
**Our Mission**
The core focus of the Schranner Negotiation Institute is one goal: we support our clients in the most difficult negotiations. We work for the most prestigious international companies and institutions, supporting them with specialized training and advisory. Our clients are typically involved in very tough, high-stake negotiations, e.g. strategic procurement, large sales deals, M&A, labor relations, or political conflicts. With our offices in Zurich, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore, we support our clients worldwide and across all industries.
**The Challenge**
Every year, the Schranner Negotiation Institute organizes workshops in Zürich, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore. We are therefore looking for a Sales Program Manager to grow our team in Singapore.
**The Job**
- Manage training operations for open seminars and inhouse trainings in Singapore as well as larger Asia Pacific Region
- Maintain, grow and establish client relationships with existing and prospective client base for sustainable business expansion, schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current clients to present our institute and training solutions
- Develop strategies for effective sales, marketing and business development, both individually and as part of a team
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and competence when dealing with clients around the world
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options and expand our institute’s network and reach in Asia
- Diverse organizational and administrative tasks, such as organization of workshops and seminars in Asia as well as office, database and document management
**Your Qualifications**
- A minimum of 5 years work experience
- Very strong oral and written communication skills in English (C2 Level), Mandarin Chinese is a plus
- High level of understanding of different industries, current economic developments and market challenges
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude with great aptitude for business development and networking, entrepreneurial mindset
- Interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships and ongoing communications with people of various social, educational, and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to learn quickly, and work independently, with self-discipline, drive, focus and flexibility, in a highly fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and agreed targets
