We’re seeking a future team member for the role of CAO Analyst to join our Area Management team. This role is located in Singapore.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Assist the CAO and the relevant stakeholders with strategic initiatives that have significant impact within a business or function or horizontally for the Branch and/or region
- Independently works on complex tasks related to budget, business plans, risk-related items, regulatory items, communications (presentations/speeches).
- Analyzes project implementation status and provides feedback to Sr. Specialist or Principal Planning Consultants or senior managers as necessary
- Makes recommendations and follow ups on the strategic initiatives/tasks and w orks with the management team to implement strategic initiatives.
- Works with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes. Assists in planning and administering business-led programs. such as people-related management, global location strategy, meeting management, etc.
- Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required, MBA preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred
- Prior experience in the banking industry in similar roles handling horizontal responsibilities is advantageous
