ob Overview:
As a member of the in-house marketing team within the brand incubation platform, the Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand exposure, increase user acquisition, and drive sales growth. This position requires creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and market insight to achieve company business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media marketing, event planning, PR campaigns, etc., to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
- Create marketing materials, including advertising copy, brochures, website content, etc., ensuring consistency with the brand image.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and user feedback, propose effective marketing strategies, and improvement suggestions.
- Manage social media platforms, develop and publish content, engage with the audience, and enhance brand influence and user engagement.
- Plan and execute online and offline events, such as exhibitions, product launches, etc., to promote brand awareness and product sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, sales teams, and product development teams, to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and consistent brand image.
- Regularly report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing activities, analyze data, and make optimization suggestions to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, with experience in digital marketing, social media management, or event planning preferred.
- Familiarity with various marketing tools and platforms, with excellent writing skills and creative thinking.
- Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities, able to adjust and optimize marketing strategies based on data.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate with people from different backgrounds and departments to achieve common goals.
- Sharp insights into the latest trends and technologies in the marketing industry, able to adapt to market changes and challenges flexibly.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
