**About the Role**:
We're seeking a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to spearhead our lead generation efforts. You'll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Google, Instagram, and native advertising platforms like Taboola.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Campaign Mastery**: Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, focusing on driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.
- **Digital Platform Expertise**: Leverage your deep understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Taboola to optimize campaign performance and achieve exceptional results.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
- **Creative Collaboration**:Partner closely with our creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our target audience.
- **Continuous Testing & Improvement**: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance campaign performance.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation.
- **Platform Proficiency**: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Taboola.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Creative Flair**: Ability to develop engaging and persuasive ad copy and creative concepts.
- **Results-Oriented**: A passion for achieving measurable results and a track record of success.
