Are you a creative, dynamic and analytical individual who can increase the hotel’s revenue by initiating programs to increase guests' engagement, drive occupancy and profitability of all hotel products?

**Area of Focus**:
Generate demand and actively contribute to ecommerce activities. Enhancement on Online to Offline customer journey. Execute and evaluate digital marketing and promotional campaigns.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Develops and execute marketing strategies
- Builds and manage the Hotel's online presence and brand story
- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnel (i.e brand site)
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- To evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- Experienced and / or familiar with the Hospitality industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, website development and content creation
- Meta-search marketing knowledge and online to offline e-commerce initiatives (and vice-versa) is a must
- A strategic knowledge of effective digital media strategies and platforms, including social media, SEO and SEM knowledge.
- Hands-on experience at executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- A team player with exceptional problem-solving abilities, resourcefulness and can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: From $6,400.00 per month
