**What you will be doing**:

- Establish short and long-term program objectives and ensure team members meet them
- Manage and report on program KPIs, benefits and other success factors
- Ensuring governance and assist to oversee program plan
- Coordinate and prioritize resources across the projects or workstreams
- Manage program forecasts and budgets
- Partner with operational teams to continuously priorities the most important activities to ensure program delivery
- Identify and work closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to manage inter-dependencies and mitigate risks where possible
- Work with program team to ensure an appropriate communication plan is developed and implemented
- Work with architecture and engineering teams to ensure that solutions are delivered within stringent cost, time and quality parameters
- Collaborate with operations team to implement service levels and champion resolution of program and project impact issues / gaps
- Maintain program and project governance framework to maximize productivity and impact of initiatives to end users
- Inspire and build up the team’s skills and competencies to drive innovation and deliver impact

**What you possess**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5-8 years’ of relevant experience
- Previous Business Transformation experience working for a high growth company
- Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills - ability to lead a cross-functional team and work with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in setting up a new program from scratch
- Experience in working with a remote working environment
