We are eager to welcome a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our APAC Management Trainee Program. This 18-month program offers exciting and rich Coaching & Mentoring, Training, On-Job Immersion and Project Experience in the dynamic areas of Marketing, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Retail, Key Account Management and other Corporate Functions.

**What you will experience in the Program...**

The APAC Management Trainee program will commence with 6-month immersion with the various aspects of the business, before branching out into the different commercial tracks (below) over the following 6 to 8 months. You will have the opportunity to develop and drive merchandising plans, create digital marketing strategies, lead e-commerce campaigns, and manage distributor sales strategies.

1. Merchandising
- Develop merchandising plans, analyse customer buying patterns, and manage inventory level
- Capture local/regional growth opportunities through Product Creation
- Conduct market analysis and drive product placement

2. Marketing
- Lead the team in conducting marketing analysis, and develop marketing strategy upon it
- Create and execute a cohesive brand communication plan.
- Oversee and coordinate media partnerships and collaborations

3. E-Commerce
- Lead digital marketing campaigns
- Lead the team on conducting analysis on consumer digital behaviour trends
- Oversee and manage designated ecommerce platforms

4. Key Account Management
- Develop and implement distributor sales strategies
- Drive business performance of distributors
- Conduct comprehensive competitor and market analysis and research.The Program will be concluded with a Business Project where you will be presenting to the APAC leaders of VF. Upon the Program wrap-up, you will kick start your career journey at VF.

**Attributes & Skills for Success**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognised university. Open to all discipline of studies
- Fresh graduates or early career talents (possess a maximum of 1 year of experience or less)
- Growth Mindset and Learning Agility - always curious to learn and explore, eager to be stretched for growth and progression
- Ownership Mindset - own the business goals, go all-in to deliver results through designing and driving the strategy, motivating and leading the team to deliver
- Analytical Mindset
- Keen interest in sports retail and fashion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or other similar data analytics tools is desirable but not a must
