**What you will do**:
The APAC Sustainability Program Manager will manage, report, and provide recommendations for corporate sustainability projects and programs. The role is also responsible for supporting the development of business cases and implementation, management and review of programs and projects designed to assist Internal JCI stakeholders to deliver on the Sustainability Plan and Circular Economy Strategy. Being a Sustainability Lead / Program Manager ensures proper sustainability benchmarks are established and maintained using ESG measures, standards, and methodologies.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to meet JCI, NetZero and circular economy goals
- Deliver program management and governance functions for all sustainability capital expenditure projects and identify, procure, manage sustainability CAPEX/OPEX programs
- Be the lead program manager for JCI APAC internal sustainability workstreams
- Work with Global team to ensure alignment of priorities of different work streams such as governance, clean energy, waste and water management, biodiversity, etc.
- Monthly report out for APAC ESG commitments and progress against targets
- Assist APAC teams in understanding sustainability priorities
- Build tools to assess and educate business units on their sustainability performance and progress towards internal and corporate sustainability targets
- Support deliver Solar PV, LED Lighting, HVAC, BMS, Water and Waste efficiency projects and provide recommendations to leadership to make informed decisions
- Research and implement innovative solutions to drive portfolio efficiency and NetZero outcomes
- Collaborate with sustainability team members to align outcomes with our sustainability strategy and facilitate sustainability engagement and training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Keeps fully informed of current and emerging sustainability trends and requirements in APAC

**What we look for**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management, natural sciences, law or similar.
- 5+ years’ work experience, in areas such as green buildings, corporate sustainability, CSR, ESG, Healthy materials, Energy Management
- Strong project management skills and cross functional project management experience, with demonstrated ability to self-manage complex program delivery on a regional level
- Comfortable in leading/coordinating multiple projects at the same time
- Experience in working and collaborating in matrix organization
- Proven ability to deliver results through personal leadership and influencing others
- Ability to think strategically, derive data insights and translate these insights into actionable implementation plans.
