As a
**TaF.tc**
**People Coordinator,** you will have the opportunity to be exposed to full spectrum of HR activities and gain insights to the difficult HR functions.

**Here's What’s You’ll Do Day to Day**:

- Support the team on day-to-day HR activities in an effective and timely manner
- Maintain employees’ and trainers’ Personal Files (P-Files) and other documentations
- Support the HR Team on general administrative duties
- Assist in all internal wellness and engagement activities (e.g Monthly Activities, Festive Celebrations)
- Perform other HR-related duties/projects whenever required

- Someone who is a good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn with a can-do attitude
- Someone who is able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
- Someone who has strong ownership and the ability to work with mínimal oversight as well as under pressure
- A “Darer” who dares to try out new things and challenge the norm
- A “Short-cutter” who enjoys finding innovative ways to get things done efficiently and effectively

**Here's What We Are NOT Looking For**:

- Anyone who is introverted/conservative or is unwilling to try new things
- Anyone who is very particular about ONLY working during office hours
- Anyone who gets burnout easily

**Here’s What’s Required**:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
