Communications & Community Partnerships Coordinator

Job Summary:
This internship offers hands-on experience in social media management, content creation and event communications. The candidate will support ExtraOrdinary People's (EPL) efforts in raising awareness, engaging stakeholders and amplifying our impact through various communication channels.
Job Scope & Responsibility:
- Content creation and social media management from preparing, posting and promoting EPL initiatives and event. To ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Create visually appealing marketing collaterals that are align with EPL's brand identity
- Strategic communications and event support. Support the execution of fundraising and corporate events, including promotional efforts and on ground communication needs.
- Collaborates with teams to assess, design, develop high quality of communications content.
- Coordinate resources and logistic for corporate events and outreach.
- Assist in developing communication plans.
- Ensure proper documentation, monitoring and evaluating/assessment and recommendations of events.
- Support all staff, departments and ad hoc events and activities as and when needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in the relevant function.
- Passionate in working with persons with disabilities
- Good communicator and possess good interpersonal skills
- Posesses initiative, able to work independently and a team player
