**Main Objectives**
The Head of HR (Asia) is responsible for developing and executing Human Resource Strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic directions of the organization.
He/ She Shapes the business transformation, and build the organizational capability, leadership strength and performance culture which improves the quality of business decisions and drives busi-ness value. Works closely with diverse business leaders to provide thoughtful and relevant HR solu-tions based on a deep understanding of the market and the business. He/She leads the HR team and provide strategic HR advice within a globally relevant HR framework.
**Job Duties**
With the regional Human Resource Team the Head of HR (Bu Asia) will be:
**Leading HR Strategy in the region**
- Leading, translating group strategy into HR strategies and implementation.
- Design, implement and execute the HR strategy through human resource policies, programs and processes, including talent acquisition, rewards programs, performance management, talent and leadership development, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, culture movements and HR governance.
**Execution of all HR Activities**
- Oversee and participate in execution of all BU Asia HR activities including human capital management, recruitment, induction, compensation, employee relations, performance management, talent management and employee separation.
- Leading the respective regional HR team on all aspects of HR functions.
**Implement policies and SOPs**
- Formulate, synchronize and implement HR-related policies, procedures, SOP and practices.
**Organizational and Employee Development**
- Drive organization development and development of a superior workforce
**HR consultancy to Support Business**
- Support business growth, by providing efficient, consistent and proactive HR consultancy support to all business leaders and ultimately be a gel between HR and business requirements
**Act as A Change Champion**
- Act as a change champion to ensure policies and procedures that support the business are kept up to date and welcomed by the people
**Employee Relationship**
- Promote employee relations, communications, motivation and morale
**Development of employees**
- Develop employees based on their strengths and furthermore, identify, develop and promote talents
**Business Partnering**
- Acting as the key business partner in handling the negotiation of plant relocation in China, and dealing with SoE JV in China
**Qualifications & SKills Required**
15+ years elevant working experience in dealing with operational and strategic HR matters within an international context, in different business areas and markets and at least 7 years at senior levels with management experience
Bachelor degree or above, HR, Business Management is preferred
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
Experience in developing and activating people's strategic contents and influencing the business area on HR needs
Good communication and better udnertanding with others in the meanwhile bring the positive impact on them.
Strong planning and organizing ability, able to deal with multiple tasks under time pressure
Enthusiastic, ability to gain trust and confidence from different levels of staff
Experience as a Head of Human Resources position in a global international organization required
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
