**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**
Identify and approach potential clients through various channels.
Maintain and build strong, long-term client relationships.
- **Consultative Sales & Market Analysis**
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions related to company incorporation, HR outsourcing, and immigration plans.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- **Sales Support & Documentation**
Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Handle client enquiries and manage the sales process through to closing.
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Report sales activities and client feedback to management regularly.
**Key Competencies**:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Sales-driven with a consultative approach.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages will be a plus).
- Prior experience in B2B service sales, especially in consulting or professional services, is preferred.
