**Description**

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Unified Communication Division Manager directly, this role is for a **Unified** **Communication** (UC)** Pre-Sales Engineer **with a proven skill set, experience and working knowledge with **Unified Communication** (UC)** P**ortfolio**. The role includes day to day duties in the following areas:

- Define and align customer’s requirement with Ingram Unified Communication Solutions including Conference Software
- Keeping up-to-date with trending UC solutions and requirements
- Exploring solutions to best meet customer’s requirements
- Perform Proof of Concept for customers and propose with Ingram UC Solutions
- Loan management system and process
- Take charge of Loaner/Demo unit inventory
- Keep inventory list updated in shared folder
- Coordinate and ensure collection and return of loan units
- Ensure complete hardware set and firmware updated
- Perform UC implementation and deployment activities for Experience Centre.
- Participate in UC Portfolio Management and Reporting
- Develop technical configuration and deployment documentation
- Quick set up word or video guide for partners
- Provide technical consultancy and training to partners/customers
- Keep track of UC training learning path for pre & post sales engineers
