**Responsibilities：**
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments to understand customer requirements, potential challenges, and integration opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to the clients' unique needs.
- Provide technical guidance to our customers, answering any queries related to the implementation, functionality, and benefits of our automation systems.
- Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other related documents, ensuring that technical specifications and capabilities are accurately represented.
- Establish strong, lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and positioning our company as a trusted advisor in warehouse automation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role, ideally within the warehouse automation or similar industry.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, warehouse control systems, and autonomous machinery is a plus.
- Strong technical presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, providing support and knowledge to sales colleagues.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
