Service Coordinator

**Description**
**General Information**:
As a Service Coordinator, you will work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need. There is a heavy customer service basis, as the Service Coordinator is often the initial contact, so having good people skills is a must. You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible and you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Recruit and train customer service or human resources employees, manage employee schedule, act as liaison between clients and company, answers client and customer questions.
- Address and resolve any issues and complaints, report problems and unresolved issues to manager or director, write up reports of client and customer activity or complaints, present reports to company director or manager.
- Devise ways to improve customer service and client relationships, schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients, meet with clients in person when working for a larger company such a marketing firm.
- Promote company products and services, assist associate and account executives in closing sales and bringing in new clients, assist in designing new promotional materials, research consumer base to better serve the needs of the target demographic.
- Work with marketing and PR department to handle any media appearances, addressing project risks, with the regular sharing of lessons learned, achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensure that materials and components to feed Service delivery are provided optimizing cost, stock and timing, operational excellence rive continuous service productivity improvement activities in the assigned Service team in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team. Utilizes efficient tools.
- Health, safety and integrity Ensures compliance with Group health, safety and environmental directives, and ensures instructions and regulations are implemented well within the team (including subcontractors), while monitor and report progress and results. Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, resourced and supervised and ensure each Service personnel(including subcontractors) is appropriately qualified to handle jobs assigned to them.

**Your Background**:
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, high quality organizational skills. The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.
- Ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
