
Pre-sales Engineer

Act as a technical resource to the sales team, and technical lead for client prospects throughout the sales process
- Partner with Sales team to demonstrate to prospects the entire solution suite from a technical sales perspective, highlighting the business value of the products
- Help design solutions based on products while always driving toward deal closure
- Educate customers and share best practices on integration throughout the sales cycle
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures & solution.
- Develop high-level and detailed-level Proof-of-Concepts process.
- Provide recommendations on how to improve the sales and demonstration process
- Complete pre-sales discovery process capturing detailed technical and workflow requirements, ensuring that the work required falls within the budget and scope of the implementation
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs
- Interface with the Implementation team providing guidance on software implementations ensuring smooth delivery.
- Build strong relationships and become a trusted point of contact for our clients.
- Support any other tasks which may be called upon or assigned
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
- At least two or more years in a related role or field in solution engineering, technical sales and implementation specialist
- Possess excellent presentation skills and demonstrate the capability to effectively communicate technical information
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of audiences, from line technicians to C-level executives
- Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Positive, service-oriented personality and creative problem solver
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
