- Working Location: Central
- Working Hours**:5 days, Monday to Friday (9.30 am to 6.00 pm)**:
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS
- Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordination with Auditor for finalization of Annual Accounts, Audit and Tax Return.
- Coordination with Company Secretary for Secretarial work.
- Preparation of LC documents for negotiation and submission to Bank.
- Submission of BG/TT Documents to Bank.
- Preparation & Deposit of CPF returns.
- Submission of GST returns online with concerned authority within time.
- Checking of Supplier & Freight Forwarder Bills with POs.
- Coordinating with suppliers to update the Shipment status and for Sample Material.
- Coordinating for CHA to clear the shipment from Custom and stocking it into Warehouse.
- Handling & Checking shipments, Packing and ensuring its timely delivery to customers.
- Arranging Shipping Documents from CHA like Airway Bill, Invoice for Import & Exports.
- Preparation of Invoice & Packing list against dispatches and sending it to customers.
- Preparing for MIS like Weekly Sales Reports, Stock reports, Monthly Cash Report & Monthly Attendance report’ etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
