We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Acquisition Activations Manager.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Support a team of PWMs in their 1st 3 sales closures and joint appointments, helping them with insurance fact finds, establishing the insurance needs of customers in areas of protection, wealth accumulations, retirement needs, and education needs (PERM needs)
- Conduct coaching sessions with PWMs and PRMs to improve insurance soft skillsets and insurance knowledge
- Conduct Portfolio Reviews with PRMs, assess product suitability and market and regulatory change impact to products held by clients as appropriate, identify opportunities and manage risks
- Conduct joint appointments with PRMs, helping customers to have knowledge on legacy planning
- Improve PWM and PRMs’ product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and training
- Join PRMs in meeting clients and providing technical advice and input based on technical knowledge
- Conduct insurance sales training and encourage insurance sales activities of PWMs and PRMs, sharing knowledge and encouraging others to do the same
- Liaise between stakeholders and leadership teams on training and leads programs/initiatives
- Provide support to PWMs and PRMs on increasing and capturing cross sell opportunities
- Deliver fair outcomes to HSBC Singapore clients and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operations of financial markets
Requirements- An accredited Degree/Diploma Holder
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the various team members and internal stakeholders
- Have strong passion in training and coaching of insurance products, concept and sales with PRM
- Possesses relevant CMFAS papers: M5, M5A, M9, M9A, HI
