About Lendela Founded in 2018, Lendela is a fast-growing fintech on a mission to simplify financing and enable greater financial access. Our platform matches borrowers with personalised loan options through a simple application, empowering borrowers with choice and transparency while offering an alternative to the cumbersome and opaque traditional lending landscape. Since our inception, we have facilitated over 400,000 loan applications alongside more than 100 lending partners. In 2023, we successfully raised US$5 million in an oversubscribed Series A to scale our unique model across Asia Pacific. Our backers include Singlife co-founder Walter de Oude’s Chocolate Ventures as well as prominent Singapore-based VC firm Cocoon Capital. Lendela currently serves customers in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. Job Overview We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and impact-obsessed Acquisition & Growth Manager with focus on growth, to join our Singapore team. This role is ideal for someone who’s a natural strategist and planner, but thrives as an executor — someone who can zoom out to identify big levers for user acquisition, then zoom in to build and run activities and experiments that drive measurable results. As our Acquisition Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams to unlock new customer acquisition and activation opportunities. From identifying emerging channels and tweaking funnels, to crafting referral mechanics and improving retention—you’ll be at the heart of Lendela’s growth engine in Singapore. This role is ideal for a person who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is hungry to really be part of shaping a fintech brand. You’ll report to the Deputy CEO and work cross-functionally with teams across offices and markets. Responsibilities Identify, test, and scale new user acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and product-led growth channels. Own and optimise critical conversion funnels from visits to applications. Work cross-functionally to launch and iterate on acquisition experiments with strong hypotheses and measurable outcomes. Use data to understand what’s working and what’s not—then do more of what moves the needle. Explore and build user engagement programs, automation flows, landing pages, content formats, and conversion rate experiments. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product team to identify growth loops and drive activation or reactivation. Report on performance, learnings, and next steps with clarity and confidence. Qualifications & Skills Min. 5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product-led growth, or a related role in a fast-paced B2C environment Demonstrated track record of owning metrics and delivering measurable impact. Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimisation. Data literate: You’re well-versed in tools like GA4, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets to drive decisions. Comfortable navigating between strategy, planning and execution—you’re hands-on, curious, and resourceful. Product growth experience or experience working closely with product and engineering teams is a plus. Experience working for an online-based company such as an e-commerce company, is a major plus.
