Our Client is Japanese Company involved in the crude oil catering business. The main role of a IT Manager is to manage and support the IT related activities.

【 What you will be doing 】
- Co-ordinate new software developments to ensure IMOS is compliant with any new International Financial

Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- File sharing set-up with overseas offices using Google Drive / Drop Box / Sharepoint / One drive
- Develop IT Policy for the company and up-date when necessary
- Liaise and work with IT vendors to ensure that all IT equipment and devices are well maintained and supported
- Maintain and up-date Company web-site.
- Ensure all IT documentation are properly filed and up-dated and to prepare procedure manuals where necessary
- Ensure compliance with Internal Audit and J-SOX requirement
- Prepare annual IT budget & sourcing of competitive pricing for IT products purchased
- Provide training on IT matters to staff where necessary
- Perform duties of an IT Manager for group company
- Any other work as directed by the Company

Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Familiar with MS Office 365 (implementation and support), MS Office products, Windows OS

9:00 ~ 17:30
