About the job As a Digital Project Manager at ITC, you'll drive impactful digital projects for Fortune 500 clients across China and APAC. You'll manage end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, including e-commerce and CRM/Salesforce implementations, ensuring on-time and within-budget success. Spearheading Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations for luxury brands in China, notably with LVMH and other fashion groups. Driving eCommerce growth with bespoke website development for clients like Brandy Melville and Hublot. Scaling fast fashion to 10,000+ daily orders with optimized e-commerce solutions. Igniting sales for Hublot, Omega, and Fred via high-performing Mini Programs in China. Expanding The Hour Glass's presence across 9 APAC markets with integrated solutions. Responsibilities: Providing proper strategy on digital projects in the initial demand analysis. Act as a key communication bridge between the business and the delivery team, ensuring clear translation of requirements, feasibility assessments, concerns, and issues. Facilitate client buy-in by effectively articulating transparency of ITC's expertise, project deliverables, and value propositions. Ensure the delivery team fully understands the business purpose behind the requirements, enabling them to align their work with strategic objectives. Guarantee high-quality project output by proactively addressing potential risks and challenges. Coordinate and leverage necessary resources to meet project goals efficiently. Support the delivery team in planning development in a timely and structured manner, optimizing workflows and execution. Apply appropriate techniques to manage project implementation and change, maintaining flexibility while ensuring project integrity. Oversee project scope, integration, time, cost, quality, risk, and communication management to ensure smooth project execution. Establish and maintain strong relationships with company accounts, fostering long-term collaboration. Requirements Must have: At least 5 years of experience in digital project management. Fluent in both English and Chinese with excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to conduct Pre-sales presentations in front of clients. Experience in managing and communicating at senior and executive levels. Experience in managing large scale projects in the following solutions: E-commerce platform; CRM/Salesforce implementation; MarTech; Clienteling, WeCom, SCRM. Ability to engage and partner with the customer and internal staff as required. Ability to work in a multicultural team with different time zones. Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required. Excellent understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle. A huge taste in all Web Design trends, UX/UI management. Nice to have: Open Source technical background preferred. Project Management methodologies understanding: Agile, Waterfall or tailor made. The Package Flexible paid days off and more.
