ALG has a challenging and exciting opportunity as an **Operations Manager (Integrated Operations Control Centre)** with our airline client in the Middle East. This is a permanent position employed directly under the client.

The role holder is responsible for leading the function (comprising of Operations Control, Flight Dispatch and Crew Control) to ensure IOCC is operating in regulatory compliant, efficient and safe nature. Responsible for liaising and working closely with Flight Operations, Customer & Commercial and Ground operations to ensure overall organization operations effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages the Integrated Operations Control Centre to facilitate efficient and safe operations that adhere to GACA and applicable international regulations and standards.
- Develops our client's IOCC policy relating to Operations Control, Flight Dispatch and Crew Control to ensure a safe, efficient and profitable operations, in accordance with GACA regulations and international laws and rules governing flight operations.
- Develop IOCC QRH procedures for flight dispatch along with recommendations on amendments to the IOCCM/GOM/FOTM regarding IOCC flight dispatch services.
- Managers daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to our client's standards.
- Periodically reviews of flight paperwork (dispatch release, OFP, weather briefings etc.) to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory regulations.
- Manages the IOCC radio and telephone recording system. SATCOM, and ATS and telephone contacts for the region of operation.
- Ensure that IOCC flight dispatch meets GACAR weather report facilities requirements and that the FDO has weather reports and forecast necessary for the operation (GACAR121.93).
- Manages the accuracy of tracking of crew records to ensure compliance with mandatory crew records as required by regulatory authorities.
- Keeps abreast with IOCC trends and best practices in the region to ensure function delivers best in class service to our client.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in aviation industry in which 3 years are within the capacity as a Senior Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science or equivalent field. Master's Degree preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Additional languages will be beneficial.
- GACA Flight Dispatcher License.
- Knowledge in GACA Regulations Part 121 at 117.
- Knowledge of airlines systems for Crew Planning, Rostering, Aircraft Management, Flight Tracking, and Flight Planning.
