**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic planning: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to formulate company strategy, including organizational structure development, talent management, and resource expansion
- Organizational objectives and key performance indicators development: Work with the CEO to set short, medium and long-term organizational goals with corresponding performance indicators; support budget planning based on set OKRs and KPIs; define overall strategic framework for business development and other resources required by the organization to maximize revenue growth.
- Business implementation and delivery: Under the strategic framework, work with all relevant business units to align on OKRs and KPIs with relevant activities and resources required to track performance, while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Business development: Work closely with the CEO to develop new and enhance existing partnerships, and cultivate new businesses and funding resources.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education: Master's degree from acknowledged universities, with rich working experience in business strategy in the healthcare sector.
- Work experience: Over 8 years of work experience, preferably with experience across multiple markets in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as experience in team management.
- Preferred qualities: Good interpersonal and communications skills, with some consulting or business development related experience is preferred.
- Other skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Language ability: Fluent oral and written levels in Chinese and English.
- Basic requirements: Responsible and punctual, willing to take on new challenges, ability to multiple-task, and take business trips (1 to 2 times per month).
