About the job

**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the learning team to identify research to carry out for curriculum development, conduct these researchers to cover and uncover our knowns and unknowns
- Connect insights and collaborate with teammates to create curriculum frameworks and marketing content to enhance NewCampus’s position as an Asia-focused business school

About you- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with a proven ability to scope research, lead fieldwork, conduct interviews, perform desk research, lead synthesis and communicate findings to stakeholders
- You are able to synthesise research findings and to uncover and articulate insights that will inform and inspire design
- You are able to shape and lead strategic, systems thinking based upon insights gathered through research
- You are a great storyteller and writer
- You have worked with content (written, audio, live) before and are able to design content campaigns and execute on it independently
- Cross-culture experience (global mindset but Asia focused)
- Networking comes naturally to you since you love to meet new people
- You have experience with people development either intrinsically through your career moving up people management roles, or as a profession in the people development space as a coach or trainer.
- **Bonus**:

- You have worked in the qualitative research field for an education-focused company
- You have worked as an investigative journalist, and have experience crafting stories to publish
- You have experience operating in a highly autonomous individual contributor role

**Remote Requirements**:

- NewCampus is a fully remote company and you will have flexibility in your hours. But most of our team and learners are APAC based so you will need to be able to overlap your workday with the GMT+8 timezone for team calls. This role also includes taking Zoom calls so having a professional space to to take Zoom calls without interruption is a mustReady to apply?
