**Responsibilities**:
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.
Oversee petty cash.
Maintain office stationery supplies.
Process payments, prepare accounts payable reports, and perform reconciliations.
Organize and dispatch sales invoices to customers.
Support team members with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant with a background in accounting.
- A certificate or diploma in accounting is preferred and will be an added advantage.
