**Job Title: Account Assistant**

**Salary**: Basic $2,500 - $3,000

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and document filing.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain accuracy.
- Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Assist with tax filings, GST submissions, and other regulatory compliance matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping. Perform general administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- GCE O/N with Certificates in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
