Leading all Components product sales activities in Asia Pacific, including China
- Leading, motivating and developing the Asia Pacific Components sales team and carrying out individual personnel tasks
- Managing and the coordination of the Components sales network in Asia Pacific to ensure active collaboration with other sales functions, as well as related functions within the Components Services Division
- Ensure that revenue and sales targets of the Components Services Division in Asia Pacific are met and annual targets are developed
- Analyse business activities, market conditions and regional competitive situations
- Ensure regular Performance Dialogues within the Components sales network with Management as a means of ascertaining continued market success and help in identifying the need for further products/services of the company
- Proactively develop and promote the full Components Services business offerings with new or existing customers, both externally and internally
- Lead large and complex projects
- All other duties as assigned or required

**Your Profile**
- University degree, preferably in Aviation, Engineering, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in technical sales or customer service, preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) or similar technical services
- Proven leadership skills and a strong ability to motivate employees
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of an Asian language or German is advantageous
- High degree of intercultural competency and strong understanding of Asian cultures
- Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude, and a strong ability to build close relationships with customers
- Like working with people, solving problems, and developing yourself by being challenged in your day-to-day work
- Able to work independently, and possess a high level of business, project management, analysis and conceptual skills
- Self-driven with the motivation to adapt and solve complex challenges
- Ability to represent Lufthansa Technik in a consistent and professional way
- Able to travel to Germany and extensively within the Asia Pacific region
