Roles & Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate new product launches.
  • Submit regular POS reports.
  • Negotiate pricing for scheduled deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet POP (Point of Purchase) targets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to maintain market intelligence.
  • Support socket replacement and ensure design wins.
  • Maximize profit margins through effective pricing and strategy.
  • Train the sales team on product updates and market trends.
  • Support quotation activities and follow up on key projects to achieve production wins.
  • Organize marketing roadshows and promotional events.
  • Assist in rescheduling and delivery coordination with suppliers and logistics.
Who's the Ideal Candidate?
  • Minimum 3 years of Product Marketing experience in a reputable electronic components distributor.
  • Proven track record of success in supplier and product management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across global teams.
  • Strong network with major manufacturers.
  • Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Energetic, proactive, and results-driven ("go-getter" mindset).
  • Degree in Electronics or related field preferred.
