**About the role**

We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at PENINSULA COMPONENTS, INC. (SINGAPORE BRANCH). In this full-time role, you will support our sales efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences. You will play a key part in the success of our sales operations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining accurate customer records, processing orders, and preparing sales reports
- Assisting with the coordination of sales activities, such as coordinating with other departments, and following up on customer inquiries
- Monitoring customers' orders, shipments, forecasts & demands
- Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products and services to our customers
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and acting as a point of contact for any sales-related inquiriesProviding support in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

**What we're looking for**
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the Sales industry
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Epicor ERP SoftwareA team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company
