Warehouse Manager

We are hiring at Supply Technologies, a subsidiary of ParkOhio(NASDAQ:PKOH), specializes in supplier selection and management, planning, implementing, managing the physical flow of product for world-class international manufacturing companies, and servicing customers in the various markets.

**Job Summary**:
As a Warehouse Manager at Supply Technologies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods. You will lead a team and work closely with other departments to maintain inventory levels, optimize storage space, and uphold safety standards within the warehouse facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock management.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, including knowledge of inventory control, distribution, and logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
