About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team at Lyan Trading Pte Ltd. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse facility located in Ubi Techpark. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing organisation in the Sports Nutrition Wholesale & Retail industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Receive, unload, and sort incoming shipments and materials
  • Order fulfillment: accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Pasting labels for goods to be supplied to channels, and lead parttimers for label pasting.
  • Maintain detailed inventory records and assist with stock management
  • Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and well-maintained
  • Support B2C aftersales and other ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Able to start Mid-end November

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a ecommerce warehouse, experience in B2C fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and the use of warehouse equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated, ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Healthy and strong person to move boxes around
  • Bilingual, English & Chinese, able to speak & type Chinese and understand instructions in Mandarin
  • Able to work 5.5 days / week:normal weekdays 9-6pm (with 1h lunch break) + 10am-2pm on Saturday.
