About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves picking and packing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with system updates. The candidate will also have the opportunity to learn and assist in customs permit declarations, gaining valuable experience in logistics and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching of goods according to orders.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and product quality.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist in preparing and verifying shipping documents.
  • Learn to declare customs permits and support logistics documentation processes.
  • Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Minimum N-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse or inventory systems.
  • Physically fit and able to handle daily warehouse operations.
  • Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Team player with good communication and attention to detail.
