Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for restocking inventory within a clean room environment (Candyman job).
  • Receive incoming materials, conduct basic inspections, and store them in designated warehouse locations.
  • Verify shipping documents against received goods to identify discrepancies and report any issues to Quality Control or Purchasing for further action.
  • Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring accurate system updates, proper documentation, and smooth physical dispatch.
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and integrity.
  • Uphold warehouse cleanliness and organization in line with 5S standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of inventory transactions (Goods Received Note, Goods Issued Note, Stock Adjustment Note) into the system.
  • Provide general clerical support for warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
  • Willing to work overtime as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N or O level or 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable lifting and handling goods up to 15kg and manoeuvring on using pallets jets.
